En bref. Zion Torah ne collecte aucune donnée personnelle. L'application n'a ni compte, ni publicité, ni traqueur, ni outil de mesure d'audience, elle ne fait aucune connexion à Internet, et son éditeur n'exploite aucun serveur. Tout ce que tu saisis reste sur ton téléphone.

2. Localisation
Si tu l'autorises, l'application lit la position de ton téléphone, uniquement pendant son utilisation. Cette position sert, sur l'appareil, à calculer les horaires du jour (lever et coucher du soleil, fin du Chéma, bougies, sortie de Chabbat), la date hébraïque, la direction de Jérusalem pour la boussole, et à savoir si le calendrier d'Israël ou celui de la diaspora s'applique. Elle est enregistrée dans les réglages de l'application, sur ton téléphone, et ne nous est jamais envoyée. Pour afficher le nom de ta ville, l'application utilise le service de géocodage intégré à iOS, fourni par Apple : ce service reçoit les coordonnées selon les conditions d'Apple, et l'éditeur n'a aucun accès à cet échange. La boussole lit aussi l'orientation du téléphone, sur l'appareil. La localisation est facultative : si tu la refuses, tu choisis une ville dans une liste intégrée à l'application.
3. Ce que tu saisis
Selon les fonctions que tu utilises, tu peux saisir : ton profil (homme ou femme, pour la forme de certaines prières), ta date, ton heure et ta ville de naissance (thème de naissance), ton prénom en lettres hébraïques (versets du Psaume 119), des dates personnelles (prénom et date pour une hazkara, une bar ou une bat mitsva), et les aliyot que tu as lues dans la semaine. Ces informations sont enregistrées uniquement sur ton téléphone, dans le stockage local de l'application. Tous les calculs sont faits sur l'appareil et rien n'est transmis.
4. Pureté familiale
Si tu actives ce module, les dates que tu saisis (débuts, hefsek tahara, bedikot) et les réglages associés sont enregistrés uniquement sur ton téléphone, dans un espace séparé du reste de l'application. Ils ne sont jamais envoyés, ni à l'éditeur ni à personne. Le verrou par Face ID, Touch ID ou code est géré par iOS : l'application reçoit seulement la réponse « réussi » ou « échoué », jamais ton visage, ton empreinte ni ton code. L'export est manuel : il ouvre la feuille de partage d'iOS et le fichier va uniquement là où tu choisis de l'envoyer. Ces données ne sont pas sauvegardées dans iCloud par l'application.
5. Widgets et écran verrouillé
Les widgets et le compte à rebours de Chabbat affichent des horaires calculés sur ton téléphone. Pour cela, l'application les dépose dans un espace partagé entre l'application et ses widgets, sur l'appareil. Rien ne sort du téléphone.
6. Connexions réseau
L'application ne fait aucune connexion à Internet. Tous les textes (siddour, Houmach, Rachi, Onkelos, Zohar, Talmud, Tehilim, fiches d'étude) et tous les calculs (horaires, calendrier, paracha de la semaine) sont intégrés à l'application. Quand tu touches un lien vers une source (Sefaria, Wikisource), la page s'ouvre dans ton navigateur, à ton initiative, et relève alors de la politique de ce site.
7. Abonnement et achats
L'abonnement Zion Torah+ (mensuel ou annuel) et l'éventuel achat de la version complète sont gérés entièrement par Apple via l'App Store. L'éditeur ne reçoit ni ton identité, ni tes données de paiement. L'application interroge seulement l'App Store, depuis ton téléphone, pour savoir si un abonnement ou un achat est actif, et garde cette information sur le téléphone. Tu gères et résilies ton abonnement dans les réglages de ton compte Apple.
8. Notifications
Les notifications (horaires, bougies et sortie de Chabbat, Omer, 'Hanouka, secret du jour, rappels du module de pureté familiale au texte neutre) sont facultatives et locales : elles sont programmées par l'application sur ton téléphone. Aucun serveur de notifications n'est utilisé et aucun jeton n'est transmis.
9. Partage
Les boutons de partage créent le texte ou l'image sur ton téléphone et ouvrent la feuille de partage d'iOS. Le contenu va uniquement là où tu choisis de l'envoyer.
10. Publicité, traqueurs, tiers
Aucune publicité, aucun traqueur, aucun outil d'analyse ou de rapport de plantage tiers, aucune donnée vendue ni partagée. L'application ne te suit pas d'une application à l'autre.
11. Conservation et suppression
Tes données restent sur ton téléphone jusqu'à ce que tu les modifies, que tu les effaces (le module de pureté familiale a un bouton pour tout effacer) ou que tu supprimes l'application, ce qui les efface toutes. L'éditeur ne détenant aucune donnée te concernant, il n'y a rien à consulter, rectifier ou effacer de son côté. Pour toute question, y compris au titre du RGPD : contact@ziontorah.com.

L'application ne collecte aucune donnée, y compris celles des enfants.

In short. Zion Torah collects no personal data. The app has no account, no ads, no trackers and no analytics, it makes no Internet connection, and its publisher runs no server. Everything you enter stays on your phone.

2. Location
If you allow it, the app reads your phone's location, only while the app is in use. On the device, this location is used to compute the daily times (sunrise and sunset, latest Shema, candle lighting, end of Shabbat), the Hebrew date, the direction of Jerusalem for the compass, and whether the Israeli or the diaspora calendar applies. It is saved in the app settings on your phone and is never sent to us. To display the name of your city, the app uses the geocoding service built into iOS and provided by Apple: that service receives the coordinates under Apple's terms, and the publisher has no access to that exchange. The compass also reads the phone's heading, on the device. Location is optional: if you decline, you pick a city from a list built into the app.
3. What you enter
Depending on the features you use, you may enter: your profile (man or woman, for the wording of some prayers), your date, time and city of birth (birth chart), your name in Hebrew letters (verses of Psalm 119), personal dates (a name and a date for a yahrzeit, a bar or bat mitzvah), and the aliyot you read during the week. This information is stored only on your phone, in the app's local storage. Every computation happens on the device and nothing is transmitted.
4. Family purity
If you turn this module on, the dates you enter (starts, hefsek tahara, bedikot) and the related settings are stored only on your phone, in a space separate from the rest of the app. They are never sent, neither to the publisher nor to anyone. The Face ID, Touch ID or passcode lock is handled by iOS: the app only receives "succeeded" or "failed", never your face, fingerprint or passcode. Export is manual: it opens the iOS share sheet and the file goes only where you choose to send it. The app does not back these data up to iCloud.
5. Widgets and Lock Screen
The widgets and the Shabbat countdown show times computed on your phone. To do so, the app places them in a space shared between the app and its widgets, on the device. Nothing leaves the phone.
6. Network connections
The app makes no Internet connection. All texts (siddur, Chumash, Rashi, Onkelos, Zohar, Talmud, Psalms, study notes) and all computations (times, calendar, weekly portion) are built into the app. When you tap a link to a source (Sefaria, Wikisource), the page opens in your browser, at your initiative, and is then governed by that site's policy.
7. Subscription and purchases
The Zion Torah+ subscription (monthly or yearly) and any purchase of the full version are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. The publisher receives neither your identity nor your payment data. The app only asks the App Store, from your phone, whether a subscription or purchase is active, and keeps that information on the phone. You manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings.
8. Notifications
Notifications (times, candle lighting and end of Shabbat, Omer, Chanukah, secret of the day, family purity reminders with neutral wording) are optional and local: they are scheduled by the app on your phone. No notification server is used and no token is transmitted.
9. Sharing
Share buttons create the text or image on your phone and open the iOS share sheet. The content goes only where you choose to send it.
10. Advertising, trackers, third parties
No advertising, no trackers, no third party analytics or crash reporting, no data sold or shared. The app does not track you across other apps.
11. Retention and deletion
Your data stay on your phone until you change them, erase them (the family purity module has a button to erase everything) or delete the app, which erases them all. As the publisher holds no data about you, there is nothing to access, correct or delete on its side. For any question, including under the GDPR: contact@ziontorah.com.
